LRH Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established family practice in Harrisburg, PA. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident chairside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule : Part-time (Wed, Thurs, Fri) with potential of full-time in 2024

Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral camera, etc.)
Specialty work done in office : Invisalign & implants
Average new patients / month : 20-30

Compensation for Part -Time Providers

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Malpractice insurance

Qualifications and Skills

Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry, cosmetic, and restorative

Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients

GPR or AEGD preferred

Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
