We need a bookkeeper who is:

- Manage bookkeeping for construction & trades businesses (including job costing) and other types of clients.
- Set up new clients in QuickBooks Online using predefined templates.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain accounts payable & receivable and process payments.
- Assist with payroll processing for clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Work with clients via phone, email, and chat to gather financial information.
- Assist with tax-related tasks, such as data entry for tax returns and preparing reports.
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience (construction & trades industry experience, automotive, or food & beverage experience required).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online â You should be able to navigate it with ease.
- Strong understanding of job costing and financial reporting.
- Experience managing high transaction volumes and multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of GAAP or other accounting standards.
- Strong communication skills â Youâll be working with clients regularly.
