Medical Delivery Services (MDS) is a nationwide leader in courier services, specializing in the secure and timely transport of nuclear medicine. Our mission is to enhance patient care through reliable, on-time deliveries—right patient, right place, right time.

We are currently seeking a motivated Enrollment Assistant to join our growing Enrollment Department. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, contracting, and retaining top-tier drivers while helping to build a strong talent pipeline for the company.

The ideal candidate will work closely with department managers to anticipate and address future enrollment needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Driver Services.

Compensation

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location:

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must be located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones to support IC's located in those areas.
• 1-2 years of experience in enrollment, preferably in the independent contractor field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in trucking or transportation is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Assist independent contractors through the onboarding process until full compliance is achieved.
• Collect all required documents for complete enrollment.
• Keep accurate and timely updates on the status of each enrolling contractor.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for independent contractors.
• Communicate any challenges or obstacles to the Director of Driver Services for resolution.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to contractors.
• Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain strong organizational skills, with attention to data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
