Scope of Responsibility

• Interface with UI / UX design teams, executive office, and clients to facilitate organized development sprints, and proper project documentation.
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools and resources needed, and provide timely feedback.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Define and maintain SDSol’s Development Process, manage implementation lifecycle, and report project status to the executive office as necessary.
• Organize and lead project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other ad hoc project related meetings.
• Ensure that teams are communicating properly, and focus on prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
• Hold co-workers and clients accountable for deliverables.
• Continually seek improvement opportunities for internal processes and client communication.
