Key Performance Indicators:
- Mechanical Proficiency: Diagnose and Troubleshoot, repair or replace parts, test and balance vehicles and equipment, etc.
- Problem Solving: Adapt to changes, determine material suitability, prioritize and utilize resources, etc.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy of diagnostics and repairs, meet specifications, achieve customer satisfaction, etc.
- Safety Competency and Compliance: Recognize hazards, create mitigation plans, pivot when required, etc.
Fundamental Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a shop technician or mechanic ASE Certification is preferred.
- Expertise with maintenance and repair of various automobiles, equipment and machinery.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and equipment specifications accurately.
- Collaborate with Safety Director and project teams to uphold stringent safety standards.
- Take direction in fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize the needs of the company.
