PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Be part of the movement to support national efforts against CBRN threats by leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation. Collaborate with multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems to integrate critical data across various domains. Focus on data gathering, standardization, communication, and integration into a command data model. Enhance situational awareness and threat forecasting through predictive analytics, providing decision-makers with dynamic data access and visualizations to optimize response planning.
Location: HQ CDAO: Greater DC area 2-3 days/week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning, developing, testing, and documenting projects.
- Apply business process improvement, modernization, and reengineering practices
- Support project milestones, goals, and deliverables
- Stay updated on AI system and software architecture trends, including DevSecOps
- Collaborate with clients and requirements owners to develop product lines.
- Develop plans, roadmaps, and software design strategies; analyze and decompose requirements
- Capture, develop, and report on reference architectures and compliance standards
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 7-10 years experience Agile software development methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated experience with CBRNE, biosurveillance, or related work
- Direct work and well versed in Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI systems and software architecture
- In-depth knowledge of modern software architectures like micro-services and front-end frameworks
- Strong Communication: cross-organizational and diverse audiences
- Ability to synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines
- Demonstrated Background working with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Machine- assisted Analytic Rapid-repository system (MARS), Open Mission Systems bridge, and Open-Source Intelligence
- Track record of active learning and creative problem solving
- Experience with multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems and understanding of current object and activity-based models
- Preferred Skill: DevSecOps experience
- Experience with Advana Preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Higher in Project Management, Computer Science or related field
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Valid Passport
- Ability to commute to Falls Church 2-3 days per week
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be authorized to work for the Federal government
