Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, Taleo, ADP, or Workday
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
- Collaborate with management to develop and manage the HR budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, Taleo, ADP, Paylocity, or Workday
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Note: This is a full-time position.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
