This is what your day may look like :
- Provide leadership and interact with the delivery partners to ensure all standards and processes are met and provide coaching and feedback, as necessary.
- Become a subject matter expert on policies, processes and product line so that solutions are recommended in real-time to our customers and delivery partners.
- Ensure quality aspects are performed at the highest level. Input from our delivery partners for challenges and quality issues that need a closed loop feedback approach with DC's / Cross-Docks.
- Leverage strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) to effectively collaborate with your delivery team, internal partners, and customers
- Continuous improvement in performance and performance gap opportunities
