What your day may look like :
- Track and monitor routes, ensuring delivery arrival within allotted timeframe
- Be communication center between customers, delivery contractors, retail stores, management and customer service
- Accurately document delivery exception on customer's records
- Work closely with drivers, providing directions and scheduling assistance as needed
- Confirm delivery status, use of software to audit stops
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
