What your day may look like :
- Work in the yard truck to organize tractor trailers as needed
- Ensure trucks and trailers are ready for unloading, loading, and transport
- Verify status of equipment on property
- Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Keep equipment clean and operating safely
