Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated educator to join our dynamic 6th-grade team. The successful candidate will implement engaging curriculum aligned with state standards, cultivate a positive classroom environment, and effectively support each student's academic and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver 3 sections of engaging, standards-based lesson plans across core subjects.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture.
- Regularly assess student progress and differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Participate actively in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field (required).
- Valid state teaching license/certification for the appropriate grade level (required).
