Job Title: Production Associate – Cannabis Vape Facility

Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at our cannabis vape facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the production process, and ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety, compliance, and operational guidelines. The role involves working closely with the production team to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the creation of premium cannabis vape products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, setup, and operation of production machinery and equipment.

• Handle and process raw materials (such as cannabis extract, flavoring, and other ingredients) following safety and quality standards.

Monitor production lines, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and

in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and product integrity throughout

the manufacturing process.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following strict sanitation and safety

protocols.

Document production activities, including batch numbers, production times, and quality

checks.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal cannabis regulations, including Good

Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Report any issues, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the Production

Supervisor.

• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production-related

challenges.

• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and material handling.

• Participate in regular training and meetings to stay up to date on industry best practices,

safety protocols, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and

quality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.

• Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to [insert weight limit]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
