Basic Function of Retail Sales Associate
Provides exceptional customer service, brand, and product knowledge in selling Sea Bags products and accessories.
Job Qualifications of Retail Sales Associate
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to seamlessly communicate and articulate company history and product information.
- Strong ability to listen and communicate thoroughly with customers, co-workers and others.
- Ability to efficiently use a point-of-sale system and IPad.
- Capable of working occasional long work periods to support the needs of the business.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing position.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A team player, Can-Do mindset – willing to jump in and support any needs when called upon.
