We are looking to add to our team a service advisor with pool service industry experience. Strong communication and organization skills are important traits needed for this position. If you have a desire to learn and want to excel in your career, you may be the right person we are looking for. We are looking for a advisor that will also be a manager in training.
Responsibilities
- Assist in field operations and administrative duties including inspections, estimates and quality control
- Answering calls
- Dispatching / Scheduling Appointments
- Billing
- Providing Quotes
- Inventory control
- Customer service
Qualifications
- Experience within the pool service industry
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Google Drive
- A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability to prioritize effectively
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
- Valid FL driver's license with good driving record
- Pre-employment background check and drug-screen required prior to hire
- Willing to assist in field operations (occasionally)
