This position requires previous pool service industry experience. A welcoming demeanor with strong communication and organization skills are important traits that are needed for this position. Responsibilities
- Answering calls
- Dispatching and Scheduling Appointments
- Maintaining Inventory control
- Providing the best customer service experience
- Whatever it takes to help the team
Qualifications
- Experience within the service industry
- Proficient in Excel, Word, QuickBooks
- A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability prioritize effectively
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug-screen required prior to hire
- Florida Drivers License with good driving history
- Willing to assist in field operations (occasionally)
