- You are proficient estimating
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong electrical, plumbing and problem solving skills

What winning looks like
- Provide written detailed quotes for pool equipment
- Communicating with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates.
- Contact customers to complete the sale.
- Install, trouble shoot, diagnose and repair pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts inventory in pool software
- Providing professional and courteous service.
- Providing technical guidance
- Monitoring the quality of repair work.
- Ordering parts and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- Computer and software skills
- Florida Drivers license with good driving record
- No criminal background
