The Sous Chef plays a vital role in the overall functionally and success in our kitchen, by supporting our executive chef as well as line cooks in all aspects. Requirements
- Experienced Kitchen Employment - minimum 2 years in kitchen management is required
- Experience in a high volume restaurant
- Knowledge of DHEC policies is required
- ServeSafe Certified is a plus, but not required
- Must be a team player
- Able to follow recipes
- Performs well in a fast pace environment
- Accustomed to working multiple stations
Pay Range
