What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Vacation Property Inspector position at Sea Coast Rentals?
This job is onsite in Surf City, NC. Busy vacation rental office is looking for a self-motivated and personable full time property inspector to join our Guest Readiness team. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, can follow standard operating policies, and has housekeeping, bed-making, interior design and decor skills. Approximately 80% of this position will be performed outside of office inside condos and beach houses and the remaining 20% in office following up with Office Manager and Guest Services to ensure cleanliness and readiness of the property for the next guest. Clear communication is necessary so that your maintenance and cleaning teams can address any issues you find. Excellent documentation and follow up skills are a must.
Must have a valid driver's license. Experience using software systems is a plus. Willing to train suitable candidate. Must be willing and able to use your own cell phone to text ready messages to the office.
This position is offered as a full time role: approximately 40 hours a week.
Gas stipend given for POV use. Company vehicle available for advanced trainee.
Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm. All staff must work Saturdays during beach season.
