Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform various clinical procedures such as injections, IVs, hormone pellet insertions, laser therapy, microneedling, PRF treatments, and more
- Provide care in aesthetic, non-invasive, cash pay med spa services
- Manage case management responsibilities to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients thru patient consultations and spa events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Must hold a medical degree from a college or university listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED)
Must have a current, valid medical license to practice medicine in the State of Alaska
Minimum of 1 year hands on clinical cosmetic aesthetic experience preferred but not disqualifying
Willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable with giving presentations
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Comfortable working in a sales/education-oriented job (sales training will be provided)
Strong communication and listening skills
Must be a team player
Willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
