We are a new seafood restaurant in Uptown Charlotte located in the epicenter. We are striving for a fine dining experience with food and interior design unlike any restaurant in Charlotte.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
**Skills:**
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, cash handling, and food preparation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team
