As a Breakfast Sandwich Cook at Shorebreak Cafe, you'll be the mastermind behind our signature breakfast sandwiches, ensuring each one is made to perfection and delivers an unforgettable culinary experience. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble a variety of breakfast sandwiches according to Shorebreak Cafe's recipes and standards.
- Cook ingredients such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and other fillings to order, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of breakfast sandwiches during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sandwich preparation area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of sandwich ingredients and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook specializing in breakfast sandwiches or similar fast-casual food preparation role.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast sandwich ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain one.
