Qualifications & Experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead by example, ensuring excellent guest experiences and meeting key performance goals.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the Retail Team to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support the Retail Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and labor budgets.
- Oversee daily operations, manage guest complaints, and ensure proper team coverage.
- Handle recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, including performance evaluations.
- Monitor retail areas for visual appeal and recommend improvements.
- Ensure team compliance with policies, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
- Lead daily briefings, communicate updates, and encourage team collaboration and innovation.
- Manage staff incentives, track metrics, and log incidents as needed.
- Perform all roles within the retail area and assist with stock management and AP compliance.
- Other duties as assigned
