SEA LIFE Orlando is actively on the lookout to find fun-loving, enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team!

About the Role
Here at SEA LIFE Orlando, our Guest Experience Team’s mission is to adopt a guest obsessed culture and help create lifelong memorable experiences for our visiting guests.
As a Guest Experience Host, you will guide our guests on an underwater exploration to help them discover something amazing at our SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium!
Working in various guest experience positions, you will help drive repeat visitation by delivering the highest standard of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge.
You will also ensure that our guests are receiving optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.
By applying for this role, you will have the opportunity to assume the following positions:
- SEA LIFE Guest Experience Host
- Coastal Rockpool Host
- Behind the Scenes Tour Guide
This is a Seasonal role with a tentative contract end date of July 1, 2025. All seasonal team members are invited to apply for a permanent role at the end of the season.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy
- Demonstrates a passion for education and the SEA LIFE brands
- Must be comfortable and enjoy speaking in front of large groups of people
- Ensure that queue lines are managed in a safe way, to avoid overcrowding, while still delivering an excellent guest service
- Positions will require standing for extended periods of time
SEA LIFE Specific Duties:
- Deliver fun and engaging talks and animal interaction sessions.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the aquarium.
- Share your knowledge of the oceans and educate our guests about conservation in a fun and upbeat manner.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
