Housekeeper

Basic Functions:

Launder towels, linens and uniforms as needed

Ø Iron and fold if required (monitor demand )

Clean pool area men’s and ladies restrooms

Ø Clean floors, walls, mirrors, doors, fixtures and restock materials as needed

Clean employee restroom

Ø Clean floors, walls, mirrors, doors, fixtures and restock materials as needed

Clean Chef’s office

Ø Sweep and mop floor area, clean door and trim

Clean kitchen floors

Ø Sweep and mop floors with commercial degreaser (clean mops only)

Ø Refill all Soap & Hand sanitizer dispensers, and refill paper towels.

Clean first floor prep station

Ø Clean walls, door jams, sweep and mop floors, wipe counters and rails

Clean Logia bar area

Ø Sweep and mop floor, clean bar top and sides, polish television center, clean stainless appliances and fixtures

Clean first floor front entry area

Ø Sweep and mop entry tiles, clean entry doors and room dividing doors, polish furniture, clean mirrors lights and rugs

Clean first floor men’s and ladies rooms

Ø Clean floors, walls, mirrors, doors, fixtures and restock materials as needed

Clean Logia dining area to include French doors

Ø Sweep floor area and mop as required, clean chairs, French doors, ceiling lights, wall sconces and ceiling fans

Clean second floor men’s and ladies rooms

Ø Clean floors, walls, mirrors, doors, fixtures and restock materials as needed

Clean second floor office

Ø Sweep floor and mop as needed, dust furniture and empty trash

Clean second floor bar area

Ø Sweep and mop floor, clean bar top and sides, polish wood trim, clean stainless steel appliances and fixtures

Clean second floor dining area to include French doors

Ø Sweep parquet floor and mop as needed, vacuum carpet, spot clean carpet if needed, clean chairs, walls, lights French doors and windows

Clean stairwell area

Ø Vacuum stairs, carpet cleaning if needed, clean rails, treads, walls and mop floor at stair top

Clean elevator

Ø Clean elevator walls, mop floor, clean stainless steel and wipe down exterior of elevator

Clean Variety Room

Ø Sweep and mop floor, clean walls, lights, French door (inside and out), clean tables.

Miscellaneous

Ø Complete assigned work orders

Ø Complete specials tasks assigned by supervisor

Ø Consider the “Look and Feel” of Sea Oaks at all times, and convey any issues to Assistant Manager if anything is in need of immediate attention or repair.

Physical & Mental Demands

• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
• Must be able to move 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
• Must be able to speak, hear and see.

Working Conditions & Environment

• Must be able to work in a smoke free, drug free environment.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and understand tickets.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledgeable in handling food and food safety.
• Operate and clean related equipment and designated work area.
• Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
