Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our properties. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of all projects with the highest quality and efficiency, regardless of customer, size or type of job.
- Perform through effective communication and cooperation with all involved parties to produce exceptional results and lasting client satisfaction.
- Fulfill daily job responsibilities pertaining to schedule, work orders, and time data.
- Enter job data (daily progress logs, work orders, change orders, photos, schedules and time data) into project management program as applicable.
- Ensure that jobsite rules and regulations are met each day.
- Keep vehicle consistently clean inside and out.
- Work hand-in-hand with co-workers and show leadership by example.
Experience:
- 1 years of custom residential construction experience.
- The ideal candidate would have the basic carpentry skills.
- Light plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tile and paint skills a plus.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Strong personal and business ethics.
- Professional appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Shows leadership characteristics and ability to complete tasks without direct supervision.
- The willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide a superior customer experience
Must have a valid driver license.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
