- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure food quality and consistency in all dishes prepared
- Oversee inventory management
- Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
- Work alongside the team on the line during busy periods to ensure smooth service
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking as needed
