- The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Finish the vendor invoice collection, verification and post into SAP
- Finish vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner, including liner payments.
- Finish finance steps in the treasury system.
- Finish the settlement for supply chain development including Mexico Settlement.
- Reconcile the customer AR and AP items and make statements, finish settlement.
- Responsible for AR and AP job of Sea Trade Customs Brokerage Inc.
- Responsible for all the arranged job. Finish all jobs efficiently and timely.
- Protect the organization's confidential information and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Experience with SAP finance system.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
