Facility Custodian
Location: Sea Turtle Inc / 6617 Padre Blvd South Padre Island TX Job Type: Full-time/Part-time 30-40 hours weekly
Pay: $12.00 an hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Facility Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, uphold the highest cleaning standards, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, restrooms, offices, and event spaces.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure restrooms are fully stocked, sanitized, and maintained throughout the day.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events, meetings, and special programs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility remains in pristine condition.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate team.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care, ensuring proper storage and use
- Other cleaning and facility duties as required .
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to go above and beyond.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
