Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including clerical tasks and front desk management.
- Handle calendar management for scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation.
- Utilize for budgeting and financial record keeping.
- Plan and execute office events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- management practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management, event planning, and basic budgeting processes.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
