The Assistant Multi-site Nursery Farm Supervisor is responsible for attending to and caring for swine, supervising employees, and maintaining accurate records and reports. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are being followed and facilities are in good working condition.
- Maintain high herd health and adhere to all biosecurity set forth by the company and proper feeding and care of animals.
- Train employees on day-to-day processes and procedures to develop a competent workforce using hands-on training methods.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of animals, employees, and supplies on the farm.
