Night Auditor:
Beach View Hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences with warm hospitality and outstanding service. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team!
- Oversee the hotel’s front desk operations during overnight hours
- Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy
- Walk the property regularly to ensure security and report any concerns
- Answer phones and assist guests with late-night requests
- Clean and maintain common areas for a welcoming environment
- Prepare and audit reports for management review
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience required (hotel experience is a plus!)
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
Dependable and flexible, with availability to work weekends and holidays
Proficient in using computers and hotel booking systems (training provided)
