Full-time emergency medicine physician to join our robust team of physicians and highly-skilled advanced practice practitioners and support providers. Guaranteed salary is competitive starting at mean of MGMA; plus profit sharing and quality bonuses Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Schedule : Twelve, 12-hour shifts per month (up to 144 hours / month); extra pay for extra call Facilities details : Newly-renovated 24-hour emergency department with 24 private patient treatment rooms; rooms are equipped with Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Systems and feature computers at the bedside for nurse documentation; hospital physicians lounge with meals provided; and a 24-hour hospital employee gym Benefits : Generous student loan repayment assistance if needed Paid health insurance Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Optional, supplemental benefits package available including 403-B employee contribution Paid house-hunting and relocation CME allowance Residents / fellows who make an early commitment receive a monthly stipend through the duration of their training or may choose a sign-on bonus Requirements : Completion or upcoming completion of emergency medicine residency Required Certifications / Licensures : Board certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 4 years Employed Positions. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as he would if he owned the practice. They do not charge a fee for running the practices.
