- Affiliate Document Management - Assist in organizing and maintaining important documents for our international affiliates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility within our ERP systems and other electronic filing systems
- Payment Voucher Process - Support the creation and processing of payment vouchers, learning the intricacies of financial transactions and vendor payments
- Vendor Management - Help manage relationships with our vendors, including data collection, quote preparation, and supplier selection
- Corporate Purchasing - Participate in the corporate purchasing process, from office supply orders to equipment maintenance and service contracts
