Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients’ preferences and budgets
• Manage bookings, process payments, and handle modifications or cancellations
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
• Generate leads through social media, networking, referrals, and online promotions
• Ensure excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving travel-related concerns

Sales Responsibility

This role includes actively promoting and selling travel packages. You will assist clients in selecting and booking their vacations while providing expert recommendations to enhance their experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple bookings
• Passion for travel and helping clients plan exceptional trips
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
