Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with hotels, airlines, and event venues to negotiate competitive rates and secure preferred partnerships
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries tailored to the unique requirements of corporate groups
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service before, during, and after trips, addressing client concerns and resolving any issues
  • Supplier Certifications: Stay up-to-date with supplier certifications and industry trends to offer the best solutions
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and track sales performance to achieve targets
  • Problem Solving: Quickly adapt to changes or challenges, ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients

Sales Responsibility:

You will actively sell corporate travel packages, focusing on creating tailored solutions that meet business needs while maximizing your commissions.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
