Key Responsibilities

  • Group Travel Coordination: Design and sell tailored travel packages for groups, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation
  • Client Outreach and Networking: Engage with potential clients through social media, referrals, and networking to grow your client base
  • Booking and Coordination: Manage reservations for groups, ensuring seamless logistics and memorable experiences
  • Sales and Upselling: Promote premium travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance group experiences
  • Supplier Certifications: Complete and maintain certifications with travel suppliers to stay informed about the latest offerings and promotions
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential group clients and convert inquiries into bookings
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Problem Resolution: Address booking changes, cancellations, or disruptions, providing timely solutions
  • Stay Informed: Monitor travel trends, group travel opportunities, and destination updates to provide expert recommendations

Sales Responsibility
