Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Build and manage a portfolio of clients, promoting and selling travel packages, accommodations, and related services
  • Team Development:Mentorand support junior business partners, providing training and guidance to help them succeed
  • Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and providing tailored recommendations
  • Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
  • Supplier Certifications: Obtain and maintain certifications with travel suppliers to stay up-to-date on offerings, promotions, and trends
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services, such as excursions, upgrades, and travel insurance, to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless travel experiences
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and team performance to ensure excellent service and efficient operations

Sales and Team-Building Responsibility:
