Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations: Work with couples to understand their wedding and honeymoon dreams, preferences, and budgets
• Custom Itinerary Planning: Design unique travel itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and special touches like romantic excursions
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with resorts, venues, and travel suppliers to secure bookings, negotiate group rates, and manage special requests
• Destination Expertise: Research and recommend top destinations for weddings, honeymoons, and romantic escapes
• Booking and Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, and group bookings for wedding parties
• Sales and Upselling: Promote destination wedding and honeymoon packages and suggest premium upgrades to enhance client experiences
• Event Oversight: Support couples with destination wedding planning, including working with on-site coordinators to ensure seamless execution
• Customer Support: Provide guidance and assistance throughout the planning process, resolving any issues that arise
