Responsibilities
- Fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances using various materials and techniques.
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to design and modify dental appliances.
- Conduct patient assessments to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate specifications for dental devices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of all work completed.
- Operate laboratory equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance fabrication processes.
- Assist in the training of new staff members in laboratory procedures and protocols.
