As a per diem resident-centered physical therapist, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary clinical team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to address the needs of our residents.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care. You will also have access to our onsite medical centers, wellness visits, and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age.

Requirements
