Concierge Lead

Seabrook is seeking a customer-focused Concierge Lead to join our team and enhance our guest experience. This individual will play a key role in overseeing transportation services, managing guest requests, and coordinating amenity packages. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Oversee the daily operations of the Seabrook Shuttle, employee vanpool, and in-town taxi services, including coordination of schedules, routes, and ensuring timely service.
• Address guest inquiries related to transportation services and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests requiring concierge services.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, activities, and personalized experiences.
• Respond to and fulfill guest requests for room amenities, hot meals, and personal items, ensuring a seamless and customized experience.
• Manage the delivery and setup of special equipment or items requested by guests, such as cribs, refrigerators, and other specific accommodations.
• Guarantee all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently to ensure comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
• Provide overnight shift coverage on a rotating basis, responding to guest concerns or maintenance issues during the night and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all guests.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for after-hours repairs or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to guests' stays.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
• Assist guests with special requests, maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate the booking of guest amenity packages (e.g., flower delivery, grocery delivery, etc.).
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, transportation coordination, or concierge services.
• Strong customer service background, with experience in handling guest requests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and proficiency in concierge software, scheduling systems, and communication tools.
• All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Indoor/outdoor environment with exposure to changing conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk moderate distances.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Employment Status: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $20-$24
