What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Assistant / Social Worker position at Seabury?
Current Openings: Full-Time: 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. On-Call every other weekend.

Position Requirements:
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience: 2 years long-term care experience, required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly.
- Must be able to relate to the elderly in a dignified manner and build a relationship with residents that are positive and supportive.
- Must be extremely knowledgeable and competent in all processes of SNF admissions and discharge procedures – documentation and compliance requirements.
- Computer/technical proficiency to include Microsoft suite and ease with electronic records, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
