Job Description
The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for filing and maintaining Medical Records and Health Information for both long and short term residents in accordance with all Federal, State guidelines as well as with established policies and procedures. Respond, organize and provide requests for medical records from insurance companies, families or other parties. This is a full-time position, working 40 hrs / wk Monday-Friday from 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
Position Requirements :
- High School graduate; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two years or more medical office experience
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records
