What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Support Specialist position at Seabury?
The purpose of the Technology Support Specialist is to provide support to the Seabury Staff on all company supported applications and devices, and to the Seabury residents within the billable Seabury technology support program. The Technology Support Specialist will assist with the setup of business meeting and events and is responsible for resolving support requests, as well as, meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands, over the phone, in person, via email, or through Seabury’s work orders. The Technology Support Specialist operates under the guidance of the AVP of I.T.
Requirements:
Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of six months experience in I.T. and AV fields desired.
