What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapeutic Recreation Assistant position at Seabury?
Responsibilities will include working with the Director to coordinate and facilitate programs of social, recreational, and creative arts for our Assisted Living residents. Activities may include drama, dance, music, painting, drawing, pottery, exercise, weaving, creative writing, gardening, field trips, etc. Must be comfortable leading one-on-one as well as larger group activities and transporting residents throughout the building as needed.
Schedule: This is a full time, 32 hours per week position, mostly days, evenings as needed and every other weekend. The schedule is flexible.
