What You’ll Be Doing:
At SeaCa Packaging, we set you up for success by providing the tools and training you need. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support our customers – answering inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Process orders and vendor POs – ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare quotes and manage customer accounts – maintaining product knowledge and pricing details.
- Collaborate across teams – working closely with production and sales to ensure smooth operations.
- Track inventory and generate reports – helping customers and internal teams stay informed.
- Ensure seamless service – resolving issues quickly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
- 1-2 years of CSR experience, preferably in distribution/manufacturing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities for order, inventory, and customer issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Macola, and office equipment
- Strong math skills; accounting background a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
- Corrugated/packaging experience preferred
