Fulfillment Associate

Description

Our Fulfillment Associate is an important part of both our Shipping & Receiving and our Finishing teams. This associate will be responsible for the fulfillment of daily orders, keeping inventory of items as they are received in the fulfillment department and also they are shipped. In addition to the primary responsibility of kitting and fulfillment this role will also provide back up to a wide variety of finishing equipment as business needs arise. An attention to detail is critical in this role of fulfillment for our customers in addition to supporting rolls like our 100% match mailings as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures and is accountable for accuracy of product counts, quality, and meeting customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe workspace
• Fulfill orders in hand assembly, kitting and order picking
• Read and understand release orders to pick and pack accurately
• Data entry on gather portal to release orders
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Knowledge And Experience

• Excellent communication and writing skills are essential to appropriately interpret orders and packing instructions.
• Interaction internal clients in a professional manner is a key component of the position.
• Minimum of 2 years of print or Pick and Pack/Fulfillment experience to be able to understand shipping requirements to determine carton size when needed or if it’s a ship alone container.
• High quality standards, mature judgement and strong organizational work habits.
• Must be competent with basic math skills.
  
  

Preferred Education/Training And Systems

• A High School diploma/GED along with the equivalent industry related experience and training.
• Pace/EFI Production system or similar production software in addition warehouse management systems.
  
  

Pay Range

• $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
  
  

Schedule

• Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
