What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live Video Manager, Mount Pleasant Campus position at Seacoast Church?
This position reports to: Production Director

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Live Video at the Mount Pleasant Campus
- Under the vision of the Production Director, create a live cinematic video strategy to develop and execute live video in-room, online, and for campuses
- Responsible for leading a Dream Team to execute the Weekend Experience, First Wednesday, Conferences and other mid-week services and other special events as needed
- Lead pre-production elements such as preparing systems and programming graphics and playback elements. Prepare the dream team with video positions, shot charts, graphic and playback cues
- lead post-production elements such as editing recordings of the live services and studying the service recordings to continually seek ways to improve and stretch and coach the team creatively
Recruit, train, develop, and schedule Dream Team to support live services
- Identify live video leaders to assist in the care and professional development of the live video dream team
Own and maintain all video systems across the campus
- Responsible for learning and knowing all aspects of the live video system at the MTP campus
- Responsible for the training, inventory and up-keep of all video gear at MTP
- Responsible for maintaining all projectors, screens and video systems in secondary venues at MTP

Job Essentials

- Three year’s experience in a live video director role
- An eye for a cinematic video and framing good shots
- An expert understanding of cameras, knowledge about RED cameras a plus
- People oriented, you care about the quality of the service, but you care about your team more
- Ability to have fun, be full of grace and lead your team calmly and professionally
- Team player, ability to take and give feedback gracefully (Production is a team sport)
