We have an immediate opening for a full time Data entry and Customer Service assistant. In this role, your most important responsibility will be to enter customer orders and / or purchasing orders efficiently, accurately, and consistently into our ERP system and work closely with our fulfillment and shipping department to ensure proper completion and timely billing and purchasing. Your strong computer skills and enthusiasm for being an integral part of a dynamic and growing team, that needs and will value a dedicated and committed data entry professional, will guarantee success in this position. It is entry level as you will have much to learn but the opportunity for growth and development in this successful and exciting company is significant.
Sub duties for which you will be trained and might be assigned from time to time :
- Monitor inventory levels and dates of pending inventory receipts needed to fulfill order requests.
- Assist customers with shipping quotations, returns / exchanges / credits, adjustments, backordered product
- Manage back orders
- Place inventory orders with our vendors
