Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve department goals. Maintain strong working relationships with all technicians and service advisors at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Maintain a high level of CSI at ALL times while managing and maintaining a profitable dept
- High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive-related certifications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have Dealertrak and X time experience.
